African Food Tree Species - Leaflet series
This series of leaflets examines 11 priority food tree species in sub-Saharan Africa, such as the Bush Mango and the Shea Butter tree. Each leaflet includes a synthesis of current knowledge about each species as well as recommendations for their conservation and sustainable use and is available in English and French.
This work is the result of a joint effort between African research organizations, Bioversity International and the Forest Research Center of INIA (Spain).
Please note that the leaflets are only available currently in low resolution format. A high resolution option will be available later in 2011.
