Bioversity operates in more than 100 countries in five regions around the world.

Regional Offices manage activities in:

Each region has its own environments, climates and cultures that have shaped and been shaped by the biodiversity found there. Despite the differences, however, biodiversity connects us all. The movement of crops and animals around the world means that we are all dependent upon one other. Genetic erosion in one part of the world makes us all more vulnerable so finding solutions in one part of the world can pave the way for global solutions.
