Bioversity welcomes two new board members

Bioversity International is pleased to welcome two new members to its Board of Trustees:

Trish Malloch-Brown

An Independent International Affairs Professional based in London, Malloch-Brown has a strong background in humanitarian work including a period as vice-chair of the Refugees International Board of which she been an active supporter for 25 years.

She is also a co-founder of the Washington Circle, an outreach group targeted at women in Washington. Read more   [2]

Luis Téllez

Currently Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Mexican stock exchange, Téllez has over 20 years experience in agricultural, macroeconomic, energy and financial matters based in Mexico. Previous posts include Secretary of Communications and Transportation, Secretary of Energy and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture.

He holds a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Read more  [3]
