ICT for Development, Food Security, Climate Change - The Second Global AgriKnowledge Share Fair

Bioversity is one of the joint organizers of an exciting “out-of-the-box” event — the Second Global AgriKnowledge Share Fair — which will take place at IFAD’s headquarters in Rome next week.
Food security, price volatility, climate change, information technology for development, social media, knowledge sharing and green innovations will be key topics at this four-day event providing a forum to learn and share knowledge, experience and innovations on emerging trends and related rural development issues.
Other organizers are the Food and Agriculture Organization [2], the International Fund for Agricultural Development [3] (IFAD), the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation [4], the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research [5] and the World Food Programme [6].
