As the IT Service Desk Assistant in the Kampala office, Ambrose handles troubleshooting and resolving of hardware, software and connectivity problems affecting staff. He provides technical advice and support on resolving the various hardware and software issues. He is also responsible for scheduling service requests, including equipment replacement, and hardware and software installations.
Ambrose took on this assignment with Bioversity International in 2017. Before that, from 2013 until December 2016, he worked as an IT technician for E-secure International, an outsourced IT service provider of Bioversity International.
