Martina provides administrative, logistical and clerical support assistance to protocol, meetings and front desk area of the Unit.
She specifically liaises with travelers and/or involved staff to provide and request information, assists with incoming and outgoing courier and airway bill issuance and invoice reconciliation for DHL and post office mail. Martina responds to external calls, liaises with Bioversity International staff and external suppliers as requested, assist with organization and layout of meeting and with the organization of coffee breaks and lunches. Martina takes care of any other duties within the Unit as required, including special projects for the Director of Corporate Services.
In the past, Martina worked as Secretary and Foreign Languages Assistant for a private school in Ladispoli, Itay, for five years. After that she played the role of General Manager of a Luxury B&B in Rome, in the Vatican area.
