Camila Oliveira is an environmental analyst at the Ministry of the Environment in Brazil and national manager of the 'Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition' Initiative (BFN*). In her presentation for Italian Development Cooperation's Expo 2015 event she brought attention to Brazil's precious agricultural biodiversity and how it can be used for food and nutrition security.

Danny Hunter is the Coordinator of the global 'Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition' Initiative. In his presentation for Italian Development Cooperation's Expo 2015 event he highlighted the fact that governments and policymakers must create an enabling environment for stewardship of agricultural biodiversity as it increases crop resilience and peoples' livelihoods and in turn reduces food waste.
